General Terms and Conditions (GTC)
1. Scope
These General Terms and Conditions (GTC) apply to all services and products offered by Studio M, Herrengrabenweg 14, CH-4054 Basel (hereinafter referred to as "Studio M" or "we"). By scheduling an appointment, using our services, or purchasing our products, you agree to these GTC. test
2. Services
Studio M offers cosmetic treatments and hair removal services. All treatments are provided based on individual consultation and appointment. The specific details and procedures for treatments are determined by the guidance and recommendations of our trained staff.
3. Scheduling and Cancellations
3.1 Scheduling Appointments
Appointments can be scheduled in person, by phone, or via email. Once scheduled, appointments are binding.
3.2 Cancellation
Scheduled appointments must be cancelled or rescheduled at least 24 hours in advance. In the event of a no-show or late cancellation, we reserve the right to charge a cancellation fee of 50% of the treatment price.
4. Prices and Payment Terms
4.1 Prices
Current prices for our services and products can be viewed on our website or in our studio. All prices are in Swiss Francs (CHF).
4.2 Payment Terms
Payment is due immediately following your treatment or product purchase. We accept cash, debit cards, and credit cards. For purchases made on account, the amount must be settled within 10 days of the invoice date.
5. Liability and Warranty
5.1 Liability
Studio M is only liable for damages resulting from intentional or grossly negligent breach of contract by our staff. Any further liability, particularly for consequential damages, is excluded.
5.2 Warranty
If you are dissatisfied with a treatment or product, please let us know immediately. We will do our utmost to rectify any issues or find an appropriate solution. Warranty claims are only valid if the defect is reported to us immediately after the treatment or purchase.
6. Vouchers
Vouchers purchased from Studio M are valid for three years from the date of issue. The value of the voucher cannot be paid out in cash. Vouchers can only be redeemed for services and products offered at the studio.
7. Data Protection
Your personal data is processed by Studio M exclusively for the purpose of contract fulfillment and to comply with legal obligations. Further information can be found in our privacy policy.
8. Applicable Law and Jurisdiction
These terms are governed by Swiss law, excluding the UN Convention on Contracts for the International Sale of Goods (CISG). The place of jurisdiction for all disputes arising from or in connection with these Terms and Conditions is Basel, Switzerland.
9. Final Provisions
If any provision of these Terms and Conditions is or becomes invalid, the validity of the remaining provisions shall remain unaffected. The invalid provision shall be replaced by a valid provision that comes closest to the economic purpose of the invalid provision.
